Bodyboard Hire

We have high quality bodyboards for hire at our at our beautiful Mount Maunganui and Tay St locations right on the beach! These are perfect if you are wanting to do more than just a swim while visiting the beach, but aren't quite wanting to go full out on a surfboard. Or if you've ever tried body surfing and want to maybe bridge the gap to getting on a board, this is the way to go. Bodyboarding is a fun,  self-learning activity if you are looking to get out in the water! Bodyboard hires start at $15 per hour with a minimum 1 hour hire.

Come try a fun and easy way to get to know the surf and cruise through the waves!

Minimum 1hr equipment hire for ages 16 and up. Children under the age of 16 must have an adult present during the hiring process and use of equipment.

Must be during opening hours at our Tay St or Main Beach locations.

Cash bond, ID, and/or credit card details are required in case of damage or loss of equipment. 

Under certain circumstances, at the discretion of management or the instructor, policies and procedures may be customized.
