Stand Up Paddle Board Hire

Come out and try flat water paddle boarding for a cruise around the islands located at our beautiful Mount Maunganui location! Whether you're just starting out on your paddle boarding experience or are a seasoned paddle boarder, we have one for you! Our paddle boards are nice large Hala Playa inflatables, imported from Hawaii. They are lighter and easier to carry, and very safe for beginners, while offering good performance for flat water. You'll receive basic safety information and our professional instructors will point out the best place to paddle, based on tides and surf conditions that day. Paddle board hires start at $25 for 1 hour hires or $20 per hour for hires that are 2+ hours. Come down and check out what we have available for you and surf some of the best surf breaks in New Zealand!

Children under the age of 16 must have an adult present during the hiring process and use of equipment.

Must be during opening hours at our Tay St or Main Beach locations.

Cash bond, ID, and/or credit card details are required in case of damage or loss of equipment. 

Under certain circumstances, at the discretion of management or the instructor, policies and procedures may be customised.
